When will I receive my order?

The order processing time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days following the receipt of the order. Many times sooner! Rest assured the carriers are working as fast as they can during these busy times!

The delivery time for orders ranges from 7 to 21 business days following the order processing time. For customers in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, Australia, and Mexico, packages usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days. For all other countries, expect delivery within 14 to 25 business days.

If your order includes custom jerseys, please allow an additional 10-15 business days for production, which may delay the overall delivery by about a week.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided on your order in 7-10 business days after your order date. We do aim to send it sooner when possible so stay on the lookout! If you do not receive within this timeframe or simply entered your email incorrectly, simply email us and we will send it to you manually! You may also access your tracking information on our site here. Make sure to enter your order # and email correctly!

What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

We offer EMS or USPS standard shipping! You may be able to purchase Express Shipping to receive your package faster. Please note that certain locations might not have this available. If available, it will appear as a option at checkout.

Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

Although countries regulate the quantities & varieties of items that can be imported, sports apparel is not considered a restricted item.

What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item? Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. Rest assured we will have a solution for you!

Do you charge taxes or import fees?

We do not charge tax when you check out, and should not be charged any import or duty fees by customs. Please note that this may be subject to change by your country, however it is extremely rare. You are responsible for any customs fees, assessed by your country, should there be any.
