Welcome to the Happfball FAQ section! Here, you’ll find answers to common questions from our customers, covering topics such as Orders, Shipping and Delivery, Payment Methods, and My Account. Get all the information you need for a seamless shopping experience.

Our products are much cheaper than other retailers as we ship your product directly to you. By selling our jerseys solely online, we are able to price so aggressively, as we have completely cut out:

  • The Middle Man
  • Rent and Utilities
  • Employee Overhead

allowing us to keep our products very affordable and economical.

Shopping in the Happfball store is very simple. Follow these steps to place your first order with us.

  1. Find the item you want to buy. In the product details, you can either click on the Add to cart button or the Buy now button.
  2. Check the items you have added to the shopping cart. You can edit the cart as many times as you like (e.g., adding or removing products, customizing them, or changing sizes).
  3. Fill in your details.
  4. Choose the delivery method.
  5. Complete your purchase as a guest, or register at Happfball store.
  6. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

If you have made a purchase as a guest, remember that you can also create your Happfball account to enjoy more benefits when you buy your items.

You can easily check your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the top menu. Here, you can make any changes before completing your purchase, such as checking prices, adjusting quantities, confirming sizes, customizing products, or removing items.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of items in your shopping cart. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you in that section.

Checking the status of your order is easy! Once your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date and tracking information. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case.

You can also find this information in the “My Orders” section of your account. If you placed an order as a guest and haven’t registered yet, click here to sign up.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email or tracking details within 7-10 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. It’s possible there was a mistake with your email address, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

When you complete your purchase, we will send you an email with your order confirmation.

To add a new item, choose the product, define the quantity and size, and fill in your name, number, and patch image (if necessary). Then, click the “Add to cart” button. Your basket will update automatically.

Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any. When you are ready, click Proceed to Checkout. You may edit your address and payment information. Select “Process Order” to complete checkout.

If you wish to increase or decrease the quantity of a product, you can do so directly from the shopping cart using the + or – buttons, or by entering your desired quantity. The price will be adjusted automatically based on your changes.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items in your shopping cart will be in stock. As a result, you will be able to see if any of these items run out in your cart.

If you want to completely remove an item from your shopping cart, simply select the product you wish to delete and click the trash can icon. The item will automatically disappear from your cart.

To reduce the quantity of a specific product, you can do so directly from the shopping cart using the + or – buttons, or by entering your desired quantity. The price will be adjusted automatically based on your changes.

Your jerseys will arrive in perfect, brand new condition and quality! Should your experience be anything short of this, please make sure to contact us in order to rectify it. We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your jerseys and experience!

If your size does not appear on the scroll-down menu, then we are out of stock for that particular size. Due to customer requests, we are working to expand the number of XXL and larger items. We would love to carry everything in all sizes, but unfortunately many items are not offered in larger sizes. All sizes we currently have are listed on our website. Please check our website again soon as we often are able to restock sold out sizes.

For your convenience, we provide a size chart with approximate measurements for all our products. You can find your size by clicking here. Since each jersey has a unique style, measurements may vary slightly. If you’re unsure about the fit, we recommend choosing 1-2 sizes larger than your usual t-shirt size, especially for customized jerseys.

If the item appears on our website, then it should be available for shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every item you request in your order will be available at the time we process your order. We update our inventory levels several times a day, but it is possible that an item will appear to be available after it has sold out. Please accept our apologies in advance if we are unable to complete your order due to an inventory issue.

We will notify you by email if an item in your order is no longer available. Any remaining in-stock items in your order will be processed and shipped as usual.

Custom or made-to-order merchandise is available for immediate purchase, but processing times may vary based on our current order volume. This includes items personalized with names, numbers, or patches. All in-stock items in your order will be held at our warehouse until the custom items are ready to ship. Please note that all sales on customized items are final!

Delivery options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and the availability of the items. When you complete your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and costs.

Standard delivery – your item(s) will arrive in roughly 14-21 days. However, for specific regions, the delivery times may vary.

The order processing time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days following the receipt of the order.

The delivery time for orders ranges from 7 to 21 business days following the order processing time. For customers in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, Australia, and Mexico, packages usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days. For all other countries, expect delivery within 14 to 25 business days.

If your order includes custom jerseys, please allow an additional 10-15 business days for production, which may delay the overall delivery by about a week.

We sincerely apologize if your package was not delivered in good condition. Occasionally, unforeseen accidents may occur during transit. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item via email. We will promptly file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement of your jersey as quickly as possible.

If the delivery date indicated in your confirmation email has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, check the status of your order here.

If the status of your order appears as:

  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. You will receive an email informing you of the reason.
  • Sent: Your order has left our warehouse and is on the way. Check with the courier company.
  • Delivered: Your order has been received. If you haven’t received the package, please contact us by clicking here or emailing us at [email protected].

In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in more than one package. Here are some reasons why items may ship separately:

  • Order contains a large amount of items that must be shipped in more than one package
  • Order contains custom jersey which need about 10-15 days to make them.
  • Some jersey in your order is out of stock now.

If your items are going to be shipped in batches, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package sent.

We do not charge taxes on your orders, and you should not be charged any additional fees by customs. Please note that this may be subject to change by your country, however it is highly uncommon to occur. You are responsible for any customs fees, assessed by your country, should there be any.

If we send you the wrong or damaged item, there’s no need to return it due to high international shipping costs. We’ll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a refund.

While such issues are rare, if you do receive the wrong item or notice any defects, please send us pictures so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In principle, you can return the shirt for a replacement, but we recommend against it because of the shipping costs. If there’s a quality issue, we’ll provide reasonable compensation. You can make any changes you want to your account settings by following these simple steps:

  1. Access your account by clicking here.
  2. If you want to make changes to the personal data of your account, go to the Edit profile and update the fields you want to change.
  3. If you want to change your email address, please click on Account details, find the Email address field, and enter your new email to stay updated with our communications.
  4. To change your main address or add a new one, click on Addresses and update the postal information.
